A week old!

Where did the time go! She's already a week old!! Here are some new pictures, of course cause this is a picture blog of the cutest grandbaby around! Her daddy looks like he is in heaven (though he doesn't believe in heaven, I still think he looks like thats where he is. Such a proud daddy and mommy!)Enjoy!!

Daddy just sent this to Gamma, so she just had to share it! Gamma is also considering changing her name to Nana... what'cha think?

I seem to sleep alot and with my mouth open!!

Mommy and Daddy love me so much but are very tired, a good tired of course. Gamma told them that it will pass and no one ever died from lack of sleep. Below are some pictures of me, of course, since this blog IS all about me!

Going Home

I finally was able to go home with mommy and daddy! I was alert and looking around while on the way home...

Mommy laid me down for a nap, with the Pooh hat and blanket that Gamma sent me!

I enjoyed my binky for a little while too.

And our current event for the day: President Barack Obama has been awarded the Noble Peace Prize 2009 for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The Norwegian Nobel Committee has attached special importance to Obama's vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons. It's also kind of cool that it was given on John Lennons birthday.

Hello World, I'm HERE!

My name is Nova Leone. I was born to my Mommy Amanda and Daddy Morgan. My Gamma thinks I am the most beautiful baby ever born and has decided to start this blog, to chronicle my life. Here you will find pictures of me and pictures of others with me that love me very much. I may even include some of my favorite things too. I know you will fall in love with me, just like everyone who sees me! Gamma is also going to try to do a bi-monthly/monthly news letter, bragging about my milestones, all the awesomeness that is me, cause you all know I AM the epitomy of awesomeness. Gamma is going to also try to share here what is going on in the world as much as possible. Even though Gamma and my other Grandmas and Grandpas, my Papa and all my Uncles and Aunts will spoil me rotten, Gamma wants me to be as well rounded as possible too, so knowing all the important things that are going on in the world, will allow me to one day look back and see what was happening around me as I grew.

This first picture above, looks like one of the professional photos that all hospitals take of newborns, but my Daddy forgo that and took the picture himself. Frankly, Gamma and I think this is MUCH better than the pictures the hospital takes! My Daddy is SO very talented!

Getting all cleaned up and checked up, of course I'm healthy, how could I NOT be!

Cute, is simply not the right word, it just isn't good enough for how amazing I REALLY am!

Gamma told me that she absolutely LOVES this little green bow with white polka dots!

I am loved by all that see me, hold me, touch me and even though Gamma hasn't gotten to hold me yet, I worked my magic and have already got her wrapped around every fiber of her being!

Introducing Nova Leone

A beautiful little girl blessed me, my son and my wonderful daughter in law. This blog is devoted entirely to her, as we watch her grow into the special person she already is.

I never in my wildest dreams thought that anyone could capture my heart more than my own children, but this child touched my heart like NO one ever has. In fact, I never believed I could ever love anyone as I love her.

So, come along, hurry up, there's lots to see and more to come. Much of it may not be in chronological order, but I will do the very best I can - it's all contingent on when my son sends me pictures.
